A good neighbor is a priceless treasure...

We met some neighbors of ours (which happen to also be great friends), up at Silver Lake in Big Cottonwood Canyon. We had dinner together and then went and walked around the lake. After that, we did S'Mores by the campfire and visited. We are so lucky to have such great neighbors. On the way home; Derk, Melinda and I nearly crapped our pants when we spotted a deer chillin' on the side of the road coming down the canyon.

Isn't Silver Lake awesome. I love it up there. Rea started her ABC's when she was about 16 months old and hasn't shut up!! Wait until you hear her sing Take Me Out to The Ballgame! So cute. We went and saw Dr. Lei today. Thanks. He's wonderful. He said she was a "very smart" two year old. She was telling him all her business and how to do things! I was thinking in the next few weeks we should get together though. I'll be in touch.
